About the Event
The CPSG 4-Week Executive Governance Program is a high-level introductory leadership masterclass designed for Directors, Chief Executives, Board Members, and senior public sector leaders across Nigeria. Organized by the Centre for Public Sector Governance (CPSG), the program goes beyond theory by combining expert instruction, practical institutional application, peer engagement, mentorship, and performance assessment.
Participants will gain practical insights into board effectiveness, regulatory accountability, financial oversight, and institutional reform. Through guided assignments and presentations, participants will apply learning directly to their organizations. The program ultimately aims to strengthen governance systems and improve accountability and performance across public sector institutions and Government-Owned Enterprises.
